Excellent Customer Service
This is my first time to order in Shopbop after my friend from Sydney recommended it. I ordered the item but was quite concerned if I will get it in time for my event. The customer service replied promptly and dispatched the order immediately. I received it quicker than I have expected.
However, I chose 2nd option for the delivery, wherein I pay the customs tax upon delivery. I didn't realize that I will have to pay higher than what was indicated on the 1st option, wherein you pay immediately upon ordering. I will make sure to choose this option next time (and will recommend to other first-timers as well).
Aside from this, I had a very positive experience with Shopbop and I will definitely buy again!
