With French lace panels at the rounded, peek-a-boo hem, a plush felt skirt becomes elegant and romantic. Darts hug the waist, and a hidden zip closes the side. Lined.

Fabric: Wool felt.
Shell: 70% wool/20% nylon/10% cashmere.
Trim: 40% cotton/30% nylon/30% viscose.
