MOG MOTHER OF THE GROOM SURVIVAL KIT
MOG is packaged good but it was much smaller than I expected. Although the items are "last minute" & if I only had items, I am not sure it's worth $25. But on a positive note, the recipients thought it was an ideal gift.
Even if the wasn't as expected, SHOPBOP has excellent customer service. I had ordered the item listing a PO Box as part of my address and so the package was mailed. I was frantic to have the gifts for the weekend and nothing had come in the mail on Friday. Shopbop overnighted a new package to my home address and allowed me to return the other items when I received them. The gifts were given when I needed to give them and it was all because Shopbop made the extra effort. SHOPBOP you rock! Thank you for great service!
