Unusual but still fun
I do like this dress. It's mini skirt length and very versatile. As the description states, the inside fabric is fleece. I was worried about this, but it doesn't seem to add bulk. The outside is sort of like a wetsuit. It has the same texture, but it is not shiny. Neoprene is fun for a change - I wouldn't buy everything in this fabric, but for this dress, it works.
