Definitely not disappointing!
Well made, came in a nice little dust bag and the bag was wrapped up and packaged with care. Even the zips were wrapped individually and it smelled leathery good.
But depending on what you want, it can look a bit casual and the chains are a little long, I am 5.3".
but nothing heels won't cure!
