This off-shoulder pintucked dress features an overlay and gathered elastic banding at the neckline. Lace trim and hidden side zip. Short raglan sleeves. Lined. Semi-sheer.

Designer

After training at Central Saint Martins and the Royal College of Art, Alice Temperley founded Temperley London in 2000. ALICE by Temperley is her latest project. Launched in 2010, the brand was inspired by London life as well as the designer's travels in Asia and Africa. True to that inspiration, each piece is throw-on-and-go easy, but radiates eclectic rocker chic. Says Temperley, "We tried to create the perfect wardrobe of things you can just throw in a suitcase and go."

Romantic & Subtly Sexy
I have this dress in black--not from Shopbop, but it's so lovely I had to recommend it! The sizing is maybe a little small (as I'm normally an 0-2 in dresses), but I sized up when I saw that it was modeled in a 4 here, and that worked out well. If you want a dress that doesn't show lots of skin but is still intriguing, go with this one!
