Description
A series of subtle layers builds sleek texture on this lightweight Alexander Wang sweater dress, styled in a slim, figure-skimming silhouette. A panel of soft, felted wool defines the bodice, while a standing band collar tapers into the crew neckline. Extended cuffs with an unfinished, rolled edge peek out from the ribbed cuff of a bracelet-length sleeve, and the uneven hem drapes slightly longer in the back. Unlined.

Designer
At 18, fashion wunderkind Alexander Wang moved to NY to attend Parsons School of Design, and by sophomore year he was already designing his label's first collection. Though predominantly pure in aesthetic, the line incorporates elements of street fashion and the imperfect, a look that won Wang the Vogue/CFDA Fashion Fund Award in 2008.
