The other reviewers seemed to hate this item, but I absolutely LOVE it. First, its a T by Alexander Wang item...which means its going to be a jersey material, so don't be surprised when it has a comfortable t-shirt feel (not a super expensive finish). It is super soft jersey panels over a full-body mesh dress. The fit is a bit larger (not skin tight) than I expected, but with the sexy see-through panels, I expect it was designed that way. Also ladies, it has HUGE sheer panels...I think its clear in the photos, other reviewers seemed surprised by this. It is so well fitted, not too tight, super soft and comfortable. No need for spanx...in fact, no need for any underwear. The white looks great with tan skin. I will probably alter it to knee length as it hits a the large part of my calves. But still my best purchase in a long time!

If you're feeling good then why not.
Whilst I do love this dress and will keep it, the mesh side panel is much wider than it looked on the model, so a little more of your behind can be seen than you may have hoped. I think I will wear it with a nde bodycon slip underneath. I am 170cm, size US2/AU6 definitely looks better on the model than me. But I will keep for that time when I am feeling pretty confident to wear.

Evening beach party, maybe
Obviously, the mesh/netting placement of this dress screams for attention - don't think you'd really want to wear this to anything 'proper' - quiet, fancy dinners probably would be wrong, but some place (warm) where people flaunt lots of skin all year round, OK. Personally, with heels (as the model demonstrates) I can only see myself wearing this to an evening gathering somewhere near the beach. The fabric is very casual/dressed-down, despite the midi length. Because of the fabric, I just can't see this as something much more than a bikini topper. The XS fits more like an S compared to typical TbAW.

Great Dat Night dress
Am always searching for that perfect date night dress for dates with my husband, this one is a winner. A bit revealing but in a classy sort of way. Husband is going to love this one. Saving it for our 12 year wedding anniversary. Oderded the black and the white, kept the black. White is a bit more revealing than I am comfortable with without a bra but is still a great dress.
