Love but disappointed
I was so excited to get these pants. They were exactly what I was looking for, they fit perfectly - right size, right length. However, despite being meticulous about putting these gorgeous pants on with care and washing them as gently as possible, the fabric tore within several wears. So disappointing.

Elegant & Classic
Excellent quality and super soft velvet - these are a classic wide bootleg which fit perfectly in all the right places. I'm 5' 7" & 52 kilos & always take a 27-28 or an Australian 8 in jeans.
They are dressy enough to wear to the office with a silk shirt & a well cut blazer.
The CHIC option for those of us who are tired of having nothing but skinny jeans to choose from!

velvety smooth
The black velvet on these jeans is very smooth and even. Looks luscious. The inside leg is very long, I am only 161cm / 5'3" so even with high heels I had to have them turned up slightly. However their beauty is in wearing high heels - these are not meant for flat shoes.
The size 26 was a great fit. I buy 26" in 7forallmankind and 25" in James Jeans and MiH. I am usually a size 2 in the US and a 8 in the UK.
I bought the Rachel Zoe Holly Sequin Top to wear with these jeans and they look superb together. My perfect party look for the season.

Great velvet pants!
Love these pants - I'm always concerned that velvet pants are going to add bulk but these are slim and trim and very flattering. Ran TTS for me but did have to have a significant amount hemmed since I am petite. Perfect for the holidays!

Classic Chic Black Velvet Boot Cuts
These fit true to size, i.e., the same size in JBrand that I am in 7 for all mankind, Siwy, etc.
They do though, as do most, come very long for me so that size 26 needs to be shortened (and I wear my pants long) to suit my 2 inch heel boots. (I'm a size 26, 5'7" and need these shortened a good inch and still that keeps them long).
The black velvet material is really luscious, i.e., it's a really nice quality. And the cut is very chic.
These are classics that are going to be with me several seasons.
