Lost the Flare
If I grew about four inches taller, these would be my all-time favorite jeans. I love the rise and the wash. Unfortunately, being 5'3" requires chopping off the actual flare of the jeans, making them look more bootcut. I do love MiH jeans though- they are so well made, always comfortable and really good looking.

Too Long
These are great jeans BUT they are way too long! I'm 5'6 and I bought the size 27. I wore them with 5 inch platforms and they were still too long. I think hemming them would just take away from aesthetic so I had to return them. It's too bad because otherwise they were fabulous!

I bought these jeans after seeing the reviews on the site and I have to say that I love them! They are long but I love to wear platform heels so it didn't affect me much. I think the best thing about these jeans is the slimming effect that they have. They are high waist so they cover up any muffin top and then their flare makes your legs look long and slim. A very classy jean that will do wonders for any wardrobe!

great fit
This jeans are amazing. They make you look taller and thinner because of the high waist and long legs. The first time I put them on I sat on a white sofa and it left a blue mark on the sofa, but that happens with most of the dark jeans. I washed them and they didn't shrink or loose the color. I am thinking of buying another pair!

Great for dressing up!
I bought these in a size 26 because I had read reviews on other sites that they run small. This is not true though. They run TTS so I will be ordering a size 25 and hopefully that will solve the problem. Because they are high-waisted it is important that they fit and don't get too lose and slide down.

amazing jeans!
These MIH jeans are amazing. They are very flattering on my tall, curvy figure. I'm 6' and weigh 140 lbs. and ended up with the 29. The length is perfect with a 3" heeled boot or shoe. I got many compliments on them wearing them out last weekend.
I was torn between the size 29 or 30, so I ordered both to try them. They both fit well, but I went with the 29 given that other jeans I have stretch and give quite a bit. After washing them, they shrank a small bit, but not enough to no longer be comfortable. They do give a tiny bit after wearing, but not as much as other jeans that I own! If you're between sizes and the smaller size has a bit of give, then go with that one, but if it's tight, then go a size up as they do not stretch out as much as other designer jeans like Citizens.
Having the slit pockets in the front helps keep a smooth base underneath longer tops or tunics, which is nice as these jeans are very fitted up top and in the thighs and then flare out from the knees.

Love love love these jeans!
Was thinking about buying flare jeans for awhile but after trying on a few pairs got very discouraged and thought they just weren't for me! However, when I saw these on shopbop I became obsessed! Don't love buying online when it comes to jean brands I've never tried on before but decided to take the risk one morning and so glad I did! I am a 25 across the board in designer denim and they are definitely true to size. Fit perfectly! I needed to hem them a lot, but I hem most of my jeans as it is. These jeans are so flattering and definitely worth it!

good denim but long!
this is a great denim to have. very nice fabric. although i was expecting it to be long, 36" inseam is extremely long for me and i'm 5'7". unless you have model legs, be prepared to hem at least 1 inch of the inseam. waist band felt a bit bigger than a usual sz 26.
