Rugged, pebbled leather lends structure to this collared moto jacket, crafted with zip hip pockets and an off-center zip closure. Topstitching accents the shoulders and the long sleeves, and zip cuffs hit just below the wrist. Silk lining.

Very heavy and runs very small
Runs very very small like all a.l.c leather jackets. I am usually an extra small or petite 0 in most designers but this jacket is made for supermodels. I have regular shoulders (not broad), 34A and 25 inch waist, 105 lbs. I also have skinny arms. I could barely zip up the jacket and the shoulders were still a very snug fit. I sized up to a 2 and will probably still be able to wear a 4. Could barely move my arms with this jacket. The jacket is also very heavy, weighs almost 4 lbs on its own!! The sleeves are also very long.
One of my friends who is even more petite than me with a 23 inch waist could only zip up halfway but jacket does not fit over her chest.
She could barely get arms in and the sleeves were extra long on her.
I think this is the reason why the larger sizes in a.l.c jackets (size 6 and above) almost always sell out faster than the smallest sizes. It's not about how thin you are, you also need to have a tiny waist and almost no chest to fit in this jacket

Runs small, heavy
Beautiful jacket but it ran very small - I am normally a 4 and even the 6 was a bit snug in the shoulders. The jacket was also rather heavy and very stiff. The details were beautiful but unfortunately I was looking for something softer and lighter so this wasn't for me.

An Amazing Moto Jacket
I have been eyeing this jacket for a long time. I had a hard time deciding between this Margaux style or another ALC Jacket, Leonard. Loved the sleeves and collar on this one. It is beautiful and very well made. I am a huge fan of ALC pieces period. Also, the Leonard that I found was gray and this one is black which is my preference. I agree with the other reviewers that it does run on a smaller size. I am tall, thin but have broad swimmer's shoulders. Size 8 fits me. Last but not least, the leather is buttery soft. It is a basic and classic leather jacket with some panache to it. PS: I love this jacket so much in black that now, have also ordered it in Mustard.

We have a love hate relationship
I had this on my wish ever since it appeared in the editorial for ALC. I ordered this when it went down to my affordable price point hoping I made the right decision. I really LOVE the look of this leather jacket. It's beautiful and the leather is so supple. The details are fantastic and the quality is impeccable. More beautiful than any other leather jacket i've owned. But as other reviewers have said, it fits small. I'm a size 4-6 and got the 6. It's a bit tight in the shoulders (this is the hate part) but manageable. I'm hoping it will stretch and settle to a nice comfortable size. The mustard color is great with my pale skin and blonde hair.

Well made, good quality
There is no denying the quality and construction of this leather jacket is excellent however it is a very heavy jacket. I brought the black in a size 2 although I am usually a size 0, because I noticed that the model was wearing a size 4 in the black and a size 2 in the mustard, so assumed that the black must run small to size. My lucky guess proved correct it is definitely runs smaller in the black at least.
I must say despite the definite high quality of the jacket I did have my doubts as to if I would keep it. My reasons being that the overall design of the jacket is very masculine, so if you like that real genuine motorcycle leather jacket look then you will love this jacket. Personally I have a large collection of leather jacket (slight addiction of mine :)) so this isn't a favourite of mine but considering I purchased it at well under 50% off it was a great buy and I am sure it will grow on me.

I have been looking for the perfect leather jacket for years now, and am so glad I waited for this one. I got this in black, and it is unbelievably soft and buttery leather. I also love how structured it is. Great buy. It runs small, I am a true size 2, and got the 4 and it is a perfect fit. Size up.

a WOW jacket!
Amazing jacket! I paid 1200+shipping for it, but seriously Id pay twice as much , cuz its so worth it! Fantastic supple leather, so soft and luxurious! Im so pleased with my purchase! I got a size 4/small in Mustard. The color is sloghtly darker then pictured, but its still a super cool color and perfect for fall! Dont think get this jacket while you can!
