Description
A chic volume devoted to the career of one of the brightest, most successful, and imitated international designers. Marc Jacobs achieved his status not via expressions of angst or outrage but by celebrating fashion as a mirror on life's gleeful ironies. He finds charm in awkwardness and finds inspiration in bad girls, good girls, glamour girls, and all-out geeks. This book is a soiree to which all are invited.

REVIEWS & RATINGS

Nice book...short bio.
Marc Jacobs is by far one of my favorite designers, if not my favorite. This book is a bit short..and the bio is about 10 pages long. The rest of the book is filled with images of Marc, as well as editorial shots taken of celebrities/models wearing his designs ( of course ). If you are looking for an extensive portfolio/bio this may not be the book for you, but I found it to be to the point and filled with relevant photo selects.
