I love this Anya Bag for travel. I received it as a gift a number of months ago (was purchased from Shopbop). I also received the Makeup Bag w/ section for brushes, the Camera Bag, and the Jewellery pouch. I ordered the same bags I have mostly in red to give as Valentine's Day gifts.
My sister wanted the same Makeup Bag that I had w/ a zip section for brushes. As it was gift wrapped, I gave it to her without seeing it first. I was so embarrassed. It wasn't the Makeup Bag. It was a small Wash Bag with "Girlie Stuff" printed on it. Nice, but not what I ordered.
I called Customer Service and must have gotten someone new. I told her what had happened and asked if Shopbop was getting more Anya items in. She said "No", and then told me to look on other online sites for Anya items. I did, and had to order them from London.
Today, I saw that this bag was under "New Items". Instead of getting mad, I took a deep breath and ordered another one of these bags from Shopbop.
