I am 1,72 cm and this skirt is way too long for me even as a waist skirt. I also don't really like the color on this material very much. It's a little cheap looking for my taste. Maybe it's the shine. Other than that, as expected.

ordered the hot pink. its to die for! great with a cotton tank & wedges or dress it up. got tons of compliments already- the color really pops.

I got this skirt in purple. It is absolutely incredible, perfect for day or night with a tucked in white tank, long necklace and flats or wedges. Pleated and pockets, what's not to love? Tibi makes excellent, above-average quality clothing and this skirt definitely holds up to the brands reputation. You will not be disappointed. A true showstopper and statement piece! Perfectly elegant with a young, fun vibe. I cannot believe it made it to the sale, probably because the purple is a bit too "out-there" for the average gal... I am 5'8" and usually wear a 26/2. Bought a 2 orignally, returned it because it was too long/big in the waist. 0 fits perfectly. I can wear it with flats or my 5" wedges... not sure what the other reviewers are talking about when they say its too short. Maybe they want their skirt to drag on the floor when they walk because the length is perfect for me and I am much taller. Thanks Tibi for making another staple in my closet!

Color is beautiful. I've gotten the purple one. I am 5'3" so the length was perfect when I wear heels which the skirt barely touches the floor. But for anyone taller than me, you will have to wear flats. The size is larger than expected. I am usually a size 2 and I already bought size 0. It is still abit loose but acceptable. The only problem I have is some pleats got squashed after shipping. Extra unintended fold line appears at hem due to shipping and packaging. CDC silk is very delicate so it need to find out how to iron it out.

Most online reviews that I read before buying this skirt suggested getting a smaller size than usual. I got the 0 and it is still not tight (although I sometimes wear a 2). The fabric is great and it looks awesome with the matching Tibi top. However, ironing this skirt is a pain. For someone like me (5'3) the length is perfect with heels.

The skirt definitely fits true to normal tibi sizing.. I'm 5'6" and got the 2 and although it fit, you definitely cant wear this with anything other than flats if your 5'3" or taller. It barely skimmed the ground at my height. I wanted to wear it with wedges so I'm returning. Also, the pocket sticks out on the left side where there's a side zipper and it's very sheer in the back where there are no pleats
