Love this dress. Really happy with it for something different. True to size, needed to wear heels with it

First off, expect to have the dress altered. I just make 5'2 (and 110lb) and bought it in an XS so the straps and length of the dress were ridiculously long but once that was fixed the dress was fine. Another thing is that the picture is not a true representation of the colour of the dress, it's more of a light cream and not a pinkish colour, but again was fine on me. I really like the jersy material and though the cutouts were rather discreet and not over the top. I would still recommend this dress but be aware that you WILL need to alter it, which when you add that ontop of the price does get rather steep for what is effectively just a cotton dress.

As the other reviewers mentioned, the dress is super long. Since the hem is unfinished tho, it's very easy to cut yourself. Super flattering and revealing without being sl*tty. Have gotten complements whenever I wear it, in particular from men.

I bought this dress because it looks beautiful and the reviews were really good. I am really glad I purchased it because as everyone else said, it is just gorgeous and stunning. The back is lovely and the dress is completely comfortable...you will want to wear it all the time! I bought the cream color because I have dark complected skin and it makes me look even darker ;) It is pretty long and I had to get it altered, but I'm 5'3 and am used to altering just about everything. It is a bit low cut, but not in a bad way. I wear a size 0-2 so I ordered the XS and it fits like a glove. I seriously love everything about this dress!

Beautiful - I wore this to a very formal ball and received so many compliments! As a small UK 6, I ordered the xxs and it was perfect. I love it so much that I now have it in red and black too.

I wanted to love this dress. Read all the reviews and considered carefully before buying. It fits quite large. I sized down one size and it was still a bit roomy. The jersey fabric is soft and hangs nicely. I'm small chested so cutouts weren't a problem when standing still, but if you have a larger bust, you might find the coverage lacking.It's VERY long, but an unfinished hem, so not a problem to take up. Overall I felt too exposed and worried that in the course of every day movement my chest would pop out from the dress. Returned.

absolutely the most perfect summer dress (and about to order the red one). Brilliantly cut - can wear a bra if necessary. I am a xs and ordered an xxs. Flows perfectly.

This is a wonderful and different design. I read all reviews about the measurements and also asked a Shopbop representative, where she recommended purchasing a smaller size. They were right: the dress stretches as well. I am 5.6 in height, 115-120 pounds, and a 34B. I ordered XS in black. I agree with the reviews on altering the length, as it is too long. I will probably do something with the straps because, for my taste, it is a bit too plunging in the bust area. The material does NOT look cheap and it fits beautifully around the body. Another element that I like is that the dress can be worn more casually or, with the right accesories and makeup, more elegantly. I love it! Also, the representatives at Shopbop were very considerate and helpful.

Mid weight jersey fabric hides a multitude of sins from the waist down and adds glamour. Dress is so long you can have it hemed to be long at the back and ground length (shorter) at the front, thus giving you a short train (should you wish to wear it as a wedding dress). I'm having to shorten the straps about two inches and have a bespoke bra made as I have D cups. It's really pretty though as the cut outs cleverly emphasize the thinest part of a womans body. I thought I'd have to lose weght but ia medium is prfect on my 5 foot 8, 140pound frame. I odered both colors, since the beige looke good and since I am going to the trouble and expence of having the bra made. Hope this helps.
