Velvet Lizia Dress

Description

A gathered elastic waistband adds soft volume to the loose bodice of a slubbed jersey dress. Softly twisted banding trims the deep V neckline and short dolman sleeves, and the long skirt is double-layered for a flattering fit.

Fabric: Slubbed jersey.
50% cotton/50% modal.
Wash cold.
Made in the USA.

Lovely material
This dress is super comfortable & the material feels great on. The skirt is double-layered so it skims nicely over the stomach & feels great. The top is slightly lower than I normally wear (I'm a slightly more conservative-dressing B cup), but it somehow makes the dress slightly more classy & adds a bit of special to an otherwise simple & non-revealing dress. I recently ordered a few dresses from Shopbop & this was the one I couldn't wait to put back on after I'd tried them all. The only issue is that the elastic waist band is quite loose - the dress needs to be worn with a belt otherwise the elastic slips down from your waist & it doesn't hang so nicely.

Velvet is the best!!!
I brought the Lizia Dress in the shade of Tulip it was way to Orange/red for me. I return it and ordered it in Oatmeal which in the light gray family. I love the color, the fit, the look, and the feel of the fabric this dress is well worth the money.

Lovely
Great dress. Skirt is lined and the fabric is so soft. I'm curvy size 10-12 and the large fit nicely without being too clingy. I'm busty and the neck still dropped low, but I still love the dress. The color is so vibrant and more of a coral shade which is exactly what I wanted.
