Love them!
This was my first pair of Sam's after previously purchasing Por La Victoire boots and being disappointed with the quality--they lost shape and the sole split in half after three seasons of wear...
These on the other hand, are rich, gorgeous and so much better looking in person! Sized just right. (My right foot is a half size bigger so its a bit snug but being leather, it will stretch). The ankle is super roomy for those who may want to hide their cankles or tuck in skinny jeans. The heel is the perfect height for a 5'10 person to not feel out of place. Chic, comfortable and seasonless

Great Boots
These are lovely, Nubuck leather and a western style.
They are a basic shape, slighly too long and narrow but amazing for the price. Noisy zipper yes!!, think i will try to get a piece of moleskin put on as another reviewer cleverly thought of!, gorgeous supple leather and fab colour, just the best browny green so so wearable with all neutrals, and actually think they will go with everything.
I have a couple of Sam Edelman boots and the shape is always similar , long and narrow not overly customed, but honestly for the price and quality , these are great.

Good....but
I bought these in black during the sale and was a bit apprehensive about the sizing. I went for a 10, the size guide by shopbop recommended 11 so I was hopeful I could squeeze into them. They arrived this morning and I should have got a 9!. So a bit on the big side, I'm hoping I can fill them out with an inner sole.
The leather is substantial and looks good quality, same with the zip, the gold chunkiness gives the shoes a bit of an edge, not like all the other generic booties out there. The heel is compressed rubber? so should be comfortable and could pass for wood from a distance. The ankle is wide on these boots so it makes your legs look amazing! So worth it in the end! just ignore the size chart

So Cute!
I don't own any shoes in this color and wasn't sure about it. It's a khaki color with a tinge of green in it and I loved it at first sight. But when I tried it on, I couldn't believe how comfortable it is. I think the way the heel angles in provides extra support - I don't know but I wore these shoes to work on the first day I wore them and they were comfy the whole time. These go well with jeans and chinos.
I don't have any problems with zipper noise. It clicks a little but not noticeably. The zipper of one shoe is sort of hard to pull up but it's not a deal breaker for me. I'm going to see if rubbing wax over it will help - haven't tried it yet.

Great Booties, but......
They look nice and I like how they can match with both my work outfits and casual outfits. Average in comfort. But the zipper at the back disappoints me. They are difficult to zip, and make so much noise when you walk.... not very sure if I am going to keep them. :/

LOVE SAM EDELMAN BOOTIES
I can't say enough about Sam Edelman booties. I have the Louie's and the flat spiked booties from Sam Edelman and I adore them. I've always found that these run large. I usually go up a size or a half size in booties because I have a high arch. With these I actually purchased my regular size and they fit nicely.
They are so soft and mold to your foot so the more you wear them the better they look and feel.
I didn't use my own rule of thumb regarding Sam Edelman booties and got these in a 9.5. I'll have to exchange them for a 9 but I'm ok with that, just sad I can't wear them now!

Nearly but not quite
They are beautiful boots and the colour was exactly what I was looking for - something that could go with both grey and brown.
However, they were too wide around the ankle which means you could see the inside of the rear zip while they were on. It was the first item I have ever returned.

Saw them and loved them online. When I received them they were just as I hoped. Cute. stylish and true fit. Love them. just waiting for it cool down enough for me to wear.
