Designer

In 2006, childhood friends Emily Faulstich and Kimberley Gordon founded Wildfox clothing in LA, creating tees that became immediately popular among the celebrity set for their great cuts and unique designs. Inspired by dreams, vintage tees, and their friendship, the designers created a brand based on love and having fun. Today, Faulstich and Gordon spend their time visiting vintage shops and working in their studio, and recently expanded their line into tanks, sweatshirts, leggings, dresses, and denim.

A Bit of Whimsy
I'm a Leo and I love Wildfox so this sweater seemed like a win-win. It's four, not five stars because for what it is, I think the price should hit somewhere around $190. The knit is loose and very thin -- much more lightweight than it appears in the photo -- but it's perfectly slouchy and adorably whimsical. I have super sensitive skin so the material was ever so slightly itchy, but after about a half hour of wearing I stopped noticing it. It pairs sweetly with denim, but I wore it first with a pair of cream colored, tailored shorts (it's been a hot October in SoCal). It's a fun item to rotate into the wardrobe for Fall and Winter, and given how light it is, it can easily roll over to Spring.
