Leather or Plastic Tablecloth?
This skirt is good in theory. It runs a bit small. I'm a pretty true designer size 4 and the size small was a tight. The biggest issue was the "leather". My mother had a brown fake leather plastic table cloth in the late 70's, this looked and felt exactly like it. Didn't feel or fall like a supple leather skirt should. The color was not pretty in person.

Tight fit
I bought my normal size and the skirt looked nice, but you couldn't sit down in it. It fit my waist perfectly though. I sized up one size and the waist was too big and the bottom fit better, but looked unflattering. I ended up returning both. Also, the color was just not right for me and I am a pale strawberry blonde. It might work better on someone with a darker skintone. The leather is beautiful, but beware of the fit.
