I decided to get the dress despite of the other reviews and was not disappointed. Im a US six or medium but decided to take the small because of the reviews, which was a good choice as the small fits perfectly. It is slightly see-through, however should you wear skin colour underwear then it will be fine. It is the perfect summer dress and I can't wait to wear it next weekend on a boat party!

Like pajamas
It literally looks and feels like you are wearing pajamas. You would HAVE to put some sort of slip beneath it to wear it - it's completely see through. And the sizing is huge... I'm usually a medium for designer stuff (size 6) and I was swimming in a small. The straps are also way too long.. my breasts were completely exposed trying this on. It's a shame - it's a beautiful shape.. with a little tailoring and different fabric choice this could be a beautiful dress.

WAY TOO SHEER
i LOVE shopbop, but they need to do some additional diligence on the products. while i love the shape and style, it's completely see-through and not wearable. this is more like pajamas or a beach cover up. it's unfortunate bc the cut is very flattering - i wish i could wear it outside my bedroom! you should provide more direction to vendors around this. i would have loved to wear this dress if it wasn't see through/had an extra layer,.
