they're not black!
super cute boots, the fit is great and they are comfy like all Rachel Comey boots. they are described on other sites as black and white, Shopbop weirdly does not have a color description for them other than 'checkers combo'. they are more like a dark charcoal and in some lights a blue gray, which can look weird if you are wanting to wear them with black tights. still, amazing boots.

the shoes were beautiful ! comfortable and true to size. i would have preferred the opposite coloring (white in the front and back around the heal. the look is diffferent and would get lots of compliments.
i would definetly recommend this shoe.
