A Good LBD, but Nothing Special
This dress looks a lot more unique in the photo than it did in-person. I was so excited to add this LBD to my wardrobe as I always wear the heck out of Catherine Malandrino dresses, but while this is a good LBD, it's nothing really special. The fit and length are eye-catching, but the "nude" underlay down the front of the dress is not as contrasted on as it looks in the photo. The sleeves have no nude lining and are, instead, open weave. The snag potential is high on the sleeve. With the sleeves being itchy and the fact that most girls, me included, already have a stock of fabulous LBDs, this one wasn't enough of a standout for me to keep it; I'm returning it.
