Helping her grandmother knit sweaters in Yugoslavia is one of Gorjana Reidel's earliest memories. After being discovered by Ford Models at the age of 15, it wasn't long before Gorjana's days were spent on runways and sets. In 2004 the designer launched her eponymous jewelry collection, which counts the likes of Cindy Crawford and Sienna Miller as fans. Known for simple exquisiteness with an artful twist, the line offers elegant earrings, necklaces, and bracelets, as well as classically chic accessories.

I actually bought this from the gorjana website, but I recommend buying from shopbop because they have amazing customer service. This necklace is really small, but very elegant. You can wear it alone or layered. It is a great piece.

I've been eyeing these for a while, so I had great expectations when they arrived. I was disappointed when I actually put them on. Sure it's a cute, simple necklace, but I didn't like the textured quality of the actual plate. They made them look cheap. I wish it was just a straight, smooth surface. The quality of the necklace isn't that great also. I would have to settle with these for now until I see a different version with better quality.

This necklace is really very cute. It's the perfect size and statement. The problem is that it is gold plated and the gold on the bar begins to wear down exposing the metal underneath. I realize it's super cheap, but if you have the money, splurge on the real thing.

Bad quality..
I like Gorjana jewelry and have a few pieces, including this one. The quality however is terrible! After a few wears the jewelry starts to tarnish..won't buy again!

Exactly what I've been looking for!
I've been trying to find a small everyday necklace that I could wear to pilates that wouldn't get in my face when I was working out and this little beauty is it. It's very delicate but not prissy. It's perfect. My only concern is with the quality. I hope it holds up!
