I ordered this dress for high school graduation purposes. I was SO excited about this dress coming in. When I first started to put it on I started to panic because it was tight in the bust and I am not big chested (34B). I eventually got it on though and love it even though it is a little short. The design on top is gorgeous.

This made me look... dowdy. The skirt is made of various loose "pleats" that only add to one's bottom size.
