Not versatile!
The only problem I had with these shoes is that it limits me, and I hate that when I get something I want to wear with mostly anything. The upper wide end of the shoe area creates a lot of space between the shoe and your leg which can only look good if you are wearing tights--pant tights or nylons tights. They look too bulky on anything else. Even if I tried them on pants/jeans that were pretty skinny but not stuck to my skin on the bottom, it would look bad. So I gave up and just wore them with tights. They are too bulky for a skirt/nylon tights style and I personally never liked that look. Otherwise, it is a good fit (size up a 1/2 size if you are wide on the toe areas, it has a narrow fit from the front and because I have narrow feet it did not bother me). It is great for that baggy sweater/T-shirt over tights looks but that is all I can wear it with unfortunately.

so nice but...
I purchased my normal size 8, not really sure whether or not they'd fit by the previous reviews. I received them and they were too small!! I can pull them on fine but once my feet are in there is too much pressure. it makes me feet feel like they're swollen. so i'm pretty disappointed, since i'm usually a true 8 and never have any issues with sizing, AND i can't just exchange them. I have to return them and then buy them again so it's really inconvenient. I'm even not sure if I should get a 8.5 or even a 9, i'm still debating. but I will go through with returning and purchasing again because the boots are really cute :/ great shoes, just size up!
