Designer
When stylist-turned-designer Simone Harouche made a handbag out of vintage fabrics for client Nicole Richie, the world took notice, and Harouche knew she was on to something. She launched Simone Camille in 2009, turning her small hobby of assembling unique carryalls out of equally unique fabrics into a successful business. In fall 2012, the designer launched her "Skins" collection, translating her signature bohemian handbag shapes in luxe leathers and suedes, while retaining a vintage component in each bag.
