I've had this dress for 2 seasons. I used to love it enough to overlook its wonky fit..but now I see the light. You can do better.

Great Staple For Petite Gal
Love this cute little black dress. Perfect for my petite frame 5'3. Probably would not work for taller gals unless you like things short. The fabric is Velvet's typical uber soft feel yet the color is still vibrant unlike many cotton blacks.

Too Tight on Waist
The rouching on the waist of the dress made the buttons gape on me. Not the best from Velvet.

I thought I'd like this more than I actually do and My husband doesn't like it at all and says it's not flattering. It's very comfortable though so I throw it on over leggings and jeans. I'm not loving the waist which is higher than it looks in the picture. I got it on sale though so that is the only reason I kept it.

Good for casual wear
This dress didn't fit me very well - I am 5"3 but the body still seemed a little short on me, although overall length was fine. The material looks cheap, so not something I'd try to dress up. I'll be returning this.

this is the best dress. it is very flattering on all body types. it makes your waist look thin. Its also very comfortable. highly recommend it.

I bought this dress months ago and I keep coming back to it time and time again. Works well casual with flats and leggings or dressed up with heels. I love it!
