Cheap lining.
This bag looks great from the outside. However, the lining is a cheap shiny nylon and the bag overall is not really a messenger size - you'd never fit a computer in here. Not that I was expecting to, but I did expect a bag that could contain my basics and then also allow me to stuff something else in - a purchase, a hat, an umbrella, etc. It went back.
