Poor quality
When I first received this bag I was surprised at the wrinkled appearance of the lower part of the bag. Upon reading the description again it does note that it is supposed to be wrinkled but the pictures really don't show just how much wrinkling is there. I decided to keep the bag even though I didn't love the wrinkling because I loved the size of the bag. A few days after wearing it though, the stitching started coming apart in places, and then a week or two later one of the handles started to come apart (leather just ripped off the bag). I really hadn't been carrying anything too heavy in the bag either. The bag has since been returned. Shopbop customer service was excellent and I appreciate the ease of return.
