I have had these on my wishlist for quite some time. Although with an interesting twist to print pattern, I had serious doubts as to wether this would be flattering or just enhancing what I would prefer to disguise. But having been on an forever-lasting hunt for the perfect white pair of jeans, I fell into the temptation when this Houndtooth patterned pair became available on sale. They arrived 30 minutes ago as fast as only ShopBop can provide delivery (many thx once again!). And I am already wearing and LOVING! this pair. The colors are beautiful, the pattern is something you will not see on everyone, but best of all they have incredible stretch and comfort. Exactly as described on the website both color wise and size wise. I am a petite person, so the Capri cut legs can either be worn full length or hemmed to your liking. Compared to the JBrand Baroque twill jeans in pink Toile pattern which I bought earlier, the Houndtooth patterned pair has even more stretchy material.

These pants are so great, I am a size 26; and they fit perfectly. Even though I bought them for sunny days; I actually think they will look quite cool in winter; imagine a camel colour jumper or white with camel boots!! Great to wear out to a restaurant, or bbq. as they are a perfect summer pant; they will be going on holidays with me; great for an evening in the south pacific. Cant wait to wear them

White jeans are everywhere this summer and I find them kind of boring. Florals are just too, well, irritating. But these houndstooth puppies step up the outfit, fit as perfectly as every jbrand does, and have a bit of flash. Subtle, but not, if you know what I mean. They hit me just above the ankle and show off a smashing shoe quite nicely. The houndstooth is a beige khaki and the colour works with a lot of surprising combinations. I prefer them with heels, but I prefer almost everything that way. They make your bum look nice, too.

I was so excited for this pair to come in. The fit was wonderful & consistent with my other J Brands; however, as soon as I unwrapped them I noticed the print was rubbed off in splotches throughout the pants. I assume this problem would only get worse if I were to ever put them through the laundry. I was looking forward to having these for the spring/summer, but with the inconsistent fading print that was different than the picture I unfortunetley had to return these. Not worth the price.

I don't know why this pair is running large but I like the houndstooth and ivory color. Too bad it's not as fit as the other JBrand jeans in same style and size.

I love J Brand - they always fit me and the Shopbop website is fantastic because I can buy all the latest styles not available in the UK

These pants fit the same as all other J Brands that I have, maybe slightly more snugly but not to the point that you have to size up. I was worried they wouldn't be flattering because they're patterned but they are. Love them!

These are perfect to dress up. I can wear it with a silk blouse and gold sandals, high or low. Only problem is the beige is a funny color. It doesn't go with any of the other beiges in my wardrobe. they Are either too yellow beige or green beige to go with these bottoms. Probably my problem, not J brand's. I'll just wear them with white, which is fine. Perhaps I'll also try them with a nice bright top like a coral color.

First off, they look amazing, I love the print. However, the fit with these is not good! They fit similar to the 811 which are not my favorite. I ordered my normal JB size and they are huge- I can pull them off without unbuttoning them. I realize they are a mid rise, but I end up with the extra 2 inches of material that sags in the crotch. The waist is huge- but a lot of J Brands are that way. I'm debating going down a size or sending them back altogether- I haven't decided yet. They are super cute if they only fit better!
