While shopping for surf gear in Costa Rica, Jillian Demling and Karen Mulligan couldn't find surf clothing that was fashionable and functional with a great fit. They decided to tap into their creativity and their knowledge of sports and fashion to create a line that they and women like them would want. Too Cropped and Too Cheap
For the price, this hoodie is nothing special. The fabric is stiff and not very soft and the inside is even scratchier. I bought a size large for an oversized look and because of it's cropped design it looked silly.
