Quality and Hip - all in one.
The quality of this skirt is very nice - stretch for a good fit and very trendy styling. There's a good sized hem and, although ran a bit short for a "middle ager", plenty of hem to let down. The skirt runs on the large side.
Sizing: Larger than Expected
