Love the color, length, and back pockets! They get a little stretched out, but it really doesn't matter.

Perfect color, material & style. Made to be fitted (stretch material). But I opted for the loose style (bought a size 30) & I love the way they look. Wore with a white v neck loose tee, a belt & wedges. The outfit was casual but fabulous. You can wear these shorts w/ uggs, wedges, flip flops, sandals & tennies. I'm 5'6" & weigh 135 lbs.

Hudson is the best- was hoping they would come out with colored shorts since other brands were so disappointing and uncomfortable. So glad to see Hudson colored shorts- I grabbed them right up. I suggest ordering down 1 size from what you wear in Hudson jeans. I wear the jeans in 29, but got these in a 28 which is a great fit. I'm about 130 lbs, athletic build, 5' 4". They are super soft, very stretchy, thin, lightweight, and a great length. The front pockets are sewn shut which I personally don't like, but I know a lot of people like that for some reason. You can definitely wear them snug - they actually are a denim short that looks very nice as a snug fit- most denim does not. I would say they stretch out about 1 size in the back / butt area with wear. So, I could probably have gone down to a 27 for a more snug fit. So incredibly soft and stretchy (loose stretchy - not tight stretchy), so order down 1 size or down 2 sizes for a snug fit as pictured on model.
