Her grandfather was Grace Kelly's personal clothier, her father owns a Philadelphia bespoke menswear shop, and Katie Ermilio herself has interned with designer Tracy Reese, Women's Wear Daily, and Vogue. When her colleagues pestered her about the perfect dress she was wearing, she confessed it was her own design – and then began to field orders. quite sheer!
the shape of this dress is amazing and the fit was very sexy. the front is cut very deep - i would have had to do some alterations to make it less revealing (and i'm not a conservative dresser). the fabric was beautiful, but very sheer (you could see my tattoo through it!!) i would say this dress would be amazing for a beach wedding in some very hot, tropical location or greek island. however, it was not ideal for the uk in early springtime. i did return this dress in the end.
