I followed everyone's advice and ordered them half a size smaller. They were too small. Though I had to pay for returns I ordered them again, this time in my usual size and they are perfect! Very soft, beautiful nude colour, exactly was I was looking for.
So for me they are true to size. Recommend!

Nude color shows black marks
I loved these shoes, but after wearing them 4-5 times, I noticed giant black marks showing up. I took them to a high-end shoe repair place, where I was informed that the black marks weren't surface marks but were somehow coming up from UNDER the patent, and so nothing could be done (he said this is a quality issue, and happens when black leather is used as the base for the patent). Was able to send them back, but really disappointed, because they were otherwise the perfect nude shoe.

Perfect nude pumps!
Love the heel shape, which makes the shoe look more expensive. Perfectly rounded toe, nice beige/nude color to match my skin tone. Sure I'll wear them to pieces.

Beautiful but...
These shoes are stunning - beautiful color, gorgeous shape! But, yes, they are uncomfortable... The beels are very high (doesn't look so on the picture) and a platform would have helped. But then again: beauty knows no pain, does it? So I'm keeping them - I'm not gone use them on a hiking-tour anyway... ;-)) Oh and yes, take half a size down - I'm always, always an European 38 (or 8) but in Michael KORS shoes I always take a 7 1/2.

Beautiful Shoe but warning on sizing
I love the color of the nude shoe, such a great neutral. However, will be returning it because I am a larger 7 1/2. The guide had mentioned to go down a half size, but should have gone with my gut and ordered my true size. The 7 pinched my toes.
