Cute shorts, great print
I lowered the cuff for an additional 1.25" so it's not so short. If you size down for C/E like I do be aware these are more TTS to everyone else in this designer category. I was expecting a loose fit which is how I like my shorts and they're not, but they still have the great C/E cut you can count on.

strange fit-cute print
Current Elliot always fits differently for me. I have a pair of 'boyfriend fit jeans' as well as 2 pairs of shorts. the jeans and 1 pair of shorts fit perfectly -the other pair of shorts fits like its 2 sizes to big. they are wearable but only in a very casual way. these shorts were gappy in the waist like by a size too much and the legs fit oddly tight so they hung strangely. I felt like if I really wanted to i could get the waist taken in and the legs would probably give in as the denim softened but for the price of the shorts I felt they should have fit more normally. i returned them - too bad because the print is very cute although I did feel kind of like a teenager wearing them. i'm 5'6'' 28 waist, 30 yrs old

Girlfriend shorts
Loved the pattern and the fit, but they were too short for me. I did return them but would definitely buy again if the same print came in a slightly longer version.
You have to be 20 with perfect legs like the Shop Bop model to get away with wearing these ;-)
