Created in 1933 by Mr. and Mrs. Keklikian Jacques, K. Jacques is authentic St. Tropez fashion. Still a family business today, the brand has three stores in St. Tropez and a boutique in the very chic Marais quarter of Paris. The brand was a hit early on with celebrities, and it continues that tradition today. Who wouldn't want to wear a little taste of the Riviera?

True to size
I was very concerned reading all the reviews regarding sizing up/down. I'm a true size 6/36 with medium width and ordered both the 36 and 37 to compare. Definitely felt more comfortable w/36, I agree it's a bit snug but I'm sure w time the leather will stretch out. Looks very classic and matches everything. Also, I like the heft of the leather sole.

great summer sandal
I bought these to wear on an island getaway, they look so cute and stylish with dresses, shorts and also with cropped jeans. A really chic alternative to the usual gladiators and the blue is a really versatile colour, a nice departure from the standard brown.
A couple of things though, these sandals are true to size in the length but the fit is very narrow. I have very narrow feet (an A to B fitting) anf I found them snug at first. good to know if you do not have narrow feet like me! Also, initially the leather was rubbing between my toes and on the heel, so I did have blisters the first day. But I persevered and by the second wear they were fine and are super comfy now.
would definitrly recommend however!

These are the best sandals in the world! I will only be buying K. Jaques from now on!!! Both my feet are exactly the same size, 37, and these fit perfectly. Sooo comfortable, no blisters or needing to wear in, just a perfect fit. Excellent quality and workmanship, these will last forever.

excellent plain sandal
snug fit....certainly buy your correct size.....don't be tempted to up/down size......i find these sandals really comfortable and hope to get lots of wear during the aussie summer....perfect with maxis....am happy with this purchase although sandal probably over priced as very plain with minimal detail

Buy these for next summer!!! Or buy them for a trip to the beach....just get them! They will got with all your summer skirts, shorts, and dresses. I am usually a 7.5, and the 8 fit me perfectly.

I love all K Jacques sandals. These are the second pair I have bought from shopbop. They are true to size and a great fit. They look so good in the flesh, I always get comments on them. It's so hard to find decent sandals that don't look cheap and look like they are well made. I live at the beach so I wear mine practically every day and they wear really well. I will only buy K Jacques from now on.

Runs Narrow
They're definitely beautifully constructed, but was surprised how narrow the fit. Was so disappointed, had to send back.

Great! Held up over a year now...
I LOVE these sandals! I got them last spring and have worn the crap out of them! But they have held up great and still look very chic! Def worth the money! Plus, they match everything :)
