Soft and Useful!
I bought these to wear underneath dangerously short dresses and skirts. They work so well. They do ride up ever so slightly, but as another reviewer stated I find this the case with any shorts this style. They are really soft and don't make you feel hot even when you wear them underneath something in the summer. You could also just wear them around the house with a tee. They are so comfortable!

I do polefitness, and have been searching for ages for some shorts that are not see-through, will stay put, and are not horribly unflattering. These are perfect! flatters your shape, and keeps you covered

Okay but...
These are cute and do protect your modesty in short skirts but have a tendency to ride up rather then sitting at the length on the model which is why I have only rated it as 3 stars. However, I find this happens with all shorts in this style including spanx so maybe it is me rather then the shorts!

My ideal underwear!
Finally I've found the undies I've been looking for. They are light as a feather, they "breathe" and yet cover all the right areas, without creeping up.

Comfy but oversize shorts
I went to purchase size M/L in black after reading a couple of reviews saying that their butt were flat wearing size S/M. However, for my case, the shorts were loose though it hugged onto my butt w/o flatting it. What I don't like was whenever I walked, the shorts would ride up which it became high-waist and ended at the end of my butt cheeks. I wanted a safety shorts not sexy, that's why I gave 3 stars.
But I have to admit, I wore this shorts the whole day from 0800 to 2100 hours, it was cooling and comfortable. Because of this, I'm going to give this shorts another chance as I need a nude color, but this time in size S/M.
P.S. my bottom size is usually UK6-8/US XS-S or 0-2.

Essential base layer
Comfortable and the right length for a base layer under something short or sheer. However it doesn't have the slimming effect of Spanx which is good for those who prefer something comfortable.

I wear these shorts under dress i feel could risk being a little short. These do the trick nicely, however the legs do tend to roll up which is annoying

Damage Control for Short Skirts
I wanted something that did not scream PANTIES, for both lounging around the house and sudden breezes walking downtown. Got these in Black, they're perfect. Super-soft, breathable material, cover my bum completely. Practically invisible through fabric, but feel substantial.
Caveat: I took heed of the prior review on size, I didn't want anything constricting or flattening. So, despite the fact that I'm usually S (occasionally M) in undies (5'5", 125 (maybe 130? I choose ignorance)), I swallowed my pride and bought the L. Seems to have been a good decision, no flattening. Sit on my hips but they don't feel baggy at all. Out of the wash, they look brand new.
PS Printed label says air dry, but I'm impatient and the delicate cycle on my dryer did no damage.
