Description

Felted fringe and thick construction mimic nubby tweed, giving a cropped Alexander Wang cardigan sweater a uniquely soft hand. A 2-way zip closure extends from the turtleneck to the ribbed hem. Textured cuffs finish the long sleeves.

Fabric: Textured chunky knit.
38% alpaca/31% viscose/12% polyamide/8% wool/6% nylon/5% polyester.
Dry clean.

Designer

At 18, fashion wunderkind Alexander Wang moved to NY to attend Parsons School of Design, and by sophomore year he was already designing his label's first collection. Though predominantly pure in aesthetic, the line incorporates elements of street fashion and the imperfect, a look that won Wang the Vogue/CFDA Fashion Fund Award in 2008.
