i was very excited about this bag but it ended up looking and feeling very plastic (and not like the leather clutch i had expected). i ordered it in the nude color, so perhaps the other colors look better.

absolutely love this clutch! it is really easy to carry around and is very versatile. you can fold over the top or you can scrunch it up or you can leave it unfolded for a bigger bag! love the gold zip detail, makes it look really classy. only downside is that there is no inner pockets.

I am big fan of Clare Vivier, but I didn't feel the $150 price tag warranted this item. It didn't look or feel worth $150. I might get the red one as that might be better the color looks richer. What I didn't like was how this leather had a iridescent look to it (like a pearl finish). I love nude accessories, but this one is going back!

I admired Clare Vivier's designs for quite some time and thus contemplated this clutch for months before finally purchasing it. I really like its simple, minimalist design. The black leather and gold zipper are really elegant, understated, and chic. The leather is buttery soft, however, I felt that the suppleness made the leather a bit too delicate for my taste. I wish this bag had a cotton lining and an interior pocket. Without the lining, I noticed that the thin leather showed the lumps and bumps from the few items I placed inside. Given the price of the clutch and its relative simplicity (after all, it is two squares of leather and a zipper), I felt a lining would have made the price more justifiable. Lastly, I will note that the clutch also had a an acrid chemical odor and was smaller than the stated measurements. While I vacillated about keeping it, ultimately I found that I did not love this clutch as much as I anticipated, thus I returned it.

I searched worldwide to get this foldover clutch - found it on Shopbob at a great price. Shopbob delivered the item to my door in 3 days. Superb!

i love this black clutch. it goes with everything. i can dress this baby up or down. i love the minimalistic approach to the design. its a no nonsense foldover in pebbled leather. its soft and pliable. the inside is unlined, so think twice about putting in delicate goods as the color may bleed onto it (it hasnt happened to me, but better to be safe than sorry). one should also be careful not to get scratches on the leather (nails and buttery leather equal disaster). ill definitely be looking into purchasing other clutches from clare vivier in the future.

I bought the black and NUDE. Black is the same as the photo is received, I'm happy also to material price. However, NUDE photo and another thing has arrived. It also cheesy material, there is no printing in the bag, slightly larger than the black. This remains very dissatisfied.
