Received wrong color
I received the necklace in the wrong color combo, just like the previous reviewer. I too contacted shopbop, but unlike the previous reviewer, i did not receive any offer of refund or paid return shipping, just an apology. However I have chosen to keep the necklace anyway as the design is lovely even though the color is not my preferred choice. One of the links was broken when it arrived but I was able to fix it back easily.

Worst Customer Service Ever
I bought this item and they sent me the wrong color (silver/combo). I contact them several times and everytime I get different answers. First time they ask me to return back and I have to pay for the postage. Second time they promise to pay for DHL return postage. Third time they said return postage too expensive and they can simply refund the item. In the end, no refund no response further. DISAPPOINTED!

When I got it in the mail, it was broken. The little things holding the pieces together are really weak and flimsy. Not to mention the necklace itself looks kind of cheap. Not worth the money.

Elaborate necklace
This is such an intricate piece. I really love the careful detail and workmanship is awesome too. No regrets with this. Buy it, and dont even think twice!
The usage of gold and copper used in this, made this look oh! so vintage.
