Wears Quickly
Love that these are fleece lined and keep me warm in the cold weather. They go mid-thigh for me (5'3) but always manage to slip back down to my knees after walking for awhile (although I think all thigh highs do this unless you have a garter belt). My only disappointed was after the first wear, they already show signs of piling on the heel. Must take gentle care of these!

Great for Canadians!!
We have cold long winters here in Edmonton! These are excellent for warmth while keeping stylish. I layer these over stockings on really cold days. Also great worn on their own. I'm quite short 5'3" so these tend to slip a bit sometimes, some of us ladies may need a gater belt to hold them up if your legs are slimmer. I'm glad I could find something that allows me to wear dresses & skirts in the winter and still keep warm. I'm getting the full stockings next...

Plush Indeed But Not The Most Durable
Very soft and cozy thigh highs that are on the longish side. I am 5"4' and they really reach all the way up to my upper thighs, unless I scrunch them a little. I like to wear them with knee-high boots and prefer them just covering my knees to keep the proportions intact. The fabric is indeed plush and very deeply black; however, after only a couple of wears the left sock is already showing signs of a hole forming. Nothing that cannot be fixed but if durability is an important criterion for you, better forgo these.

Super warm
My legs are really slim, so they slip a bit. They look exactly as the photo shows and they are amazingly warm. Love them. Getting another pair

These are really cute and cozy, and will keep you warm even in a Northeast winter. The only downside is that they, along with all the other Plush fleece-lined items, leave black stains on your legs after wear. I was hoping this would go away after a couple washes, but hasn't yet after 2 washes.

The material is quite thick and the socks only come just past my knees. I'm 5"6" and pretty thin so that was a suprise. They are very warm though which is nice :) I use them as bed socks.

The inside is soo comfortable, and the outside looks like tights. As soon as I put them on, my dog started rubbing his cheek against my foot. He loves them too.

I absolutely love these. They are so cozy and comfortable. The only down side I have found is the dye does stain my fingernails a little. I try to wear them mostly when I have dark polish on so that it isn't as noticeable. They are great for cooler weather as they do keep you warm.
