Cute!
I normally wear a 4, but decided to order a 2 because sometimes Phillip Lim runs larger than normal and especially with something so high-waisted. While the waist fit perfectly, the legs were too tight. I guess I would recommend ordering your usual size. This garment would require a bit of tailoring on me (the suspenders were too long and I would need to take in the waist if I had ordered the 4). I'm 5'6, 122 lbs.
