this many women cant be wrong.....
the consistency among reviewers is that this dress is great. This is something all ladies should have in their closets. Don't get all flustered with sizing it fits just like other t-byAW apparel. I purchased a small and it fits great not straight/loose but a little tight (and of course long)

a dream
this dress fits like a dream! Beautiful length (I'm 176cm), lovely on the skin, can be worn in a million different ways and always looks fresh. I bought large, one size up from my usual, so can wear it with a bright coloured T or polo underneath, but it's cut so well it doesn't drown you. I wish I'd bought both colours!

Fantastic and versatile maxi dress
I got the gray and loved it so much I ordered the mushroom color. I'm short, 5'3", but in 5-inch platform heels I was able to wear this without shortening the length. I'm 34A, 26 waist, and the small fit perfectly. I'm petite, but the sleeves were not overly long. It's not transparent/sheer like other styles and hugs without being tight. I wore the gray dressed up with a soft gray faux fur vest, Madewell necklace, and I got so many compliments at a party, especially from my husband who really loved the look. I imagine, as others have recommended, a daytime look with black boots, belt and little jacket. What a great find!

i bought this after looking for a good transitional sweater dress and reading all of the great customer reviews. it is wonderful, slimming and cute. i am tall (6'0) so yes it is on the shorter side but cute with ankle booties and knee socks. really great piece.

If you order this dress in the right size, it does not hug you. I first ordered the XS, but I just felt it was little tight around my mid-section, so I exchanged it for a S. ..I should have known, I am usually a S in T by AW... Anyway I love it, the fit is great, definitely comfortable and makes me feel skinny!

This dress is super versatile and a must-have for the fall. I am going to layer it under jackets and sweaters, but it looks great on it's own too. My only complaint is that it is a bit short--I am 5'-7" and the dress does not cover my ankles.

Great fall piece
Clingy, as expected from a sweater dress, in a flattering way. DEFINITELY BOOTYLICIOUS. I am 5'3.5" (on a tall day) and it hits right at my ankles. I am wearing it with a long cardigan, long necklace and platform clogs. Awesome.
