A solid chiffon bodice billows gently over striped shorts on this Twelfth Street romper. The surplice back snaps in the center and ties across the shoulder blades. Gathered elastic waist and slant hip pockets. Flutter sleeves. Lined bodice.

Fabric: Crinkled silk chiffon / silk crepe.
Shell: 100% silk.
Lining: 100% polyester.
