So Confy!
Im usually 0/2/P in wrap dress (my size5'4", 110lbs), but other reviewers say it is narrow, so I order 2. It is puffy size, not so tight. However the sleeves were not 3/4, looked like 4/5, but still OK. I thought I could take Size 0... I had Linda Lace Polka Dot Wrap (Size P) Black color, these are same material on the middle part and sleeves, it is very nice and beautiful!

Poor fit
As other reviewers have said, this dress runs about one size small and is pretty narrow. I am usually a 0-2 in DVF dresses, and the 2 in this dress clung way too tightly to my hips. However, the sleeves/shoulders are cut kind of funny and are almost too big. If I sized up I think that would be even worse. The sleeves were not 3/4 on me like on the model; they went all the way down to my wrists.
Also the sheer top for some reason makes my shoulders look really broad. I didn't find the dress very flattering. Disappointed because I love DVF! But this one is going back.
For reference I am 5'4", 120 lbs with a petite/athletic build.

I am usually a 6 in DVF wrap dress but went for a 4 which is a perfect fit (usually size 6 to 8 in Australian sizes). It is not as short as it appears on the model but the only thing i was disappointed with was that it is not as intricate on the lace on the top half of the dress as I would have though. Look great with nude platform peep toes too. A pretty dress all in all which you could wear to a cocktail party or a dressy lunch with ballet flats. It is true to the picture.

runs narrow
This was really well constructed and beautiful. The only issue was that it seems to run quite narrow all around. I am a 28/29 in jeans and 34D, ordered the 8 and it was snug through the bust and also through the hip, although the waist was fine. The arms where also snug, making the dress difficult to get in and out of, but once on looked as pictured. Because of the sheer silk and the lace, I was nervous that the difficulty in getting the dress on and off (the back zipper only goes about 4 inches and there is no side zipper) could end in an unsightly snag, especially because it's so slim cut. If you are between sizes, I would size up.
