The classic Frye engineer boot, cut with a lower shaft and rendered in rich, distressed leather. This pair of boots is accented with gunmetal hardware, and buckled straps fasten across the ankle and along the top line. Rubber sole.

Frye, a well-to-do shoemaker from England. Today, Frye's boots still hold a place in American culture.

Love these Frye's!
I am a frye girl. I'm sure I have stated that in previous reviews, and these boots further justified why I love this brand so darn much! Great oxblood color that I style with skinnies, are a go to whenever I want a pop of color in an otherwise "bland" color palette I am wearing ( I'm a neutrals girl by heart, so I need to force myself to add a bit of "zing" where I can ). I only took one star off as these were a bit harder to break into as previous styles. The leather is a bit stiff, but with some more "walkin" i'm sure these will work out brilliantly.

Very cool boots. But at the beginning of wearing them i've made an effort to put them on. But in two days it was ok.
