Gorgeous, but...
This my first experience with this brand, so I did a bit of research. Lots of other websites said to order a half size up, so that's what I did. When the shoes arrived, I was very impressed. They were beautifully packaged, well crafted, and lovely to behold. The suede is soft and the tweed part is more golden than white. Unfortunately, they are also higher than advertised (I measured them to be 4.5" as opposed to 4"), and terribly narrow around the toes. If they hadn't pinched my toes so much, I would have kept them. Even though the heel is 4.5", I did not feel like I was falling out or would lose my balance. I wore them around the house for about an hour before I finally cried uncle and put them back in the box. I am very sad that I won't be able to keep these, but because the shoes are so well made, I will keep my eye out for other shoes from this brand.
