Oh Boy...
I have two other pair of Ash boots, the short shearling moto style boots and a lace up military shearling boot. They fit true to size but are narrow. So, i use a shoe stretcher and they're fine. This boot has a longer shaft with no zipper and is narrow. So it was virtually impossible to get my foot in and when it did get in, i was sweating. I should have listened to the previous reviewer. I have high arches so it was ridiculously hard to get my foot through the top of the boot. I don't know if stretching this boot will help. Sadly, I may have to return them.

What a DISAPPOINTMENT
I have been looking for motto boots for some time. When I received the ASH boots I was shocked to find that, despite buying them in the right size (classic size 39), I could not even get my foot in the boot. It was impossible to get the boots on and it is obvious this is due to a huge design fault in the boot. What a shame. One of those times you wish you had not taken a risk with buying shoes on line - ASH has a lot to answer for in its design
