A classic one-shoulder silhouette, this silk dress has a ruched chiffon bodice and shoulder strap. Pleating and wrap detailing at front. Envelope hem. Bodice boning and hidden back zip. Fully lined.

Designer

Georgina Chapman and Keren Craig met early on at the Chelsea College of Art and Design in London. Georgina began her career as a costume designer while Karen focused on print and embroidery design. When they created Marchesa in 2004, they were already well-versed in the artistry of couture. Named for eccentric socialite Marchesa Luisa Casati, Notte by Marchesa is the duo's moderately-priced second line and features their signature beautiful detailing and expert design.

Beautiful and luxurious dress
I purchased this dress for a wedding I am a bridesmaid in and it is just perfect! I purchased in a size 0 and it fits well; being a petit frame, I like the boning as it gives a nice structured shape.. The material is of high quality and the attention to detail in regard to the make of the dress is superb. I would recommend this dress.

Bad Fit
The fit of this dress was way too big for a size zero. Also it's hard to pay $700 for a dress made in China that doesn't fit well. There's a boning to the top portion that gives the whole thing the look of a bridesmaid dress. The material is sub-par as well. The color however is gorgeous.
